The One-on-One Victress

Reach your fitness goals in the comfort of your own home with one-on-one attention from Coach Rhonda.  Coach Rhonda will travel to you and provide you with energizing workouts specific to your fitness goals and interests.  One hour sessions are packed with effective exercises that get results.  Coach Rhonda uses a variety of equipment and training methods to optimize each workout.  Whether your goal is to get stronger and faster, prevent injuries, or loose body fat, Coach Rhonda’s workouts have you covered.

The Junior Victress

Female high school athletes-get an edge on your competition through this empowering strength and conditioning program offered seasonally.  Participating athletes become tougher, faster, and stronger while optimizing athletic potential.  Coach Rhonda designs workouts that are fun yet challenging and she incorporates competitive components and mental toughness training in each session.   An athlete reaches their best when every component of fitness is included in her training.  This program includes speed, agility, balance, coordination, strength and endurance training.   The Junior Victress will gain confidence and will experience immediate athletic gains while showing major improvement in her sport.

The Victress Squad

Young athletes spend so much time working on skill development and in turn often neglect the fitness basics that will carry them through years of playing their sport.  Coach Rhonda specializes in group fitness training and team building for young female athletes.  She leads safe and effective workouts that develop basic fitness and core strength while keeping in mind, fitness should be fun!  This team experience will unite the female athletes and give the girls a positive view of exercise in sport.
